MTG only served a purpose for the MSM and the ProGlibs if she could say or do something eccentric (albeit irrelevant in any meaningful way)which would then be assigned to Trump as part of the MSM/Dem political psyops program.
Since they have essentially renounced each other, that tactic is no longer available. Thus MTG no longer serves any purpose to the MSM and Dems. Going forward she will be getting little if any Dem or MSM attention, since she never did anything substantively newsworthy in the first place, and is unlikely to do so in the future.
