ICE requested access to Dodger stadium parking - perhaps as a staging area - and was denied by the team.

This serves as a good reminder that a search warrant (not just an arrest warrant) is required for any law enforcement to access private property (with some exceptions, of course, because laws are complex.) That includes both homes and work places, and even public places of private property - such as Dodger Stadium - where access is controlled by the owner or lessee.
