Any idea what it will take Geico to fix their legacy computer problems? Some on this board must have had some experience or observations on this challenge. Will they use an outside consulting organization, and risk Charlie dying early, or try and create from within? Will it work to build your own specialized team to get the job done vs hiring an experienced grew? When do you think we'll see a decision to start growing again?
