Only sorta-OT because MKL is now a Berkshire holding, and both Gayner and Pabrai talk about learning from Buffett and Munger. Both are longer interviews and I found it interesting to listen to them back to back. The two investors have similar philosophies as regards value investing and long-term compounding, but very different personalities and portfolios.
