Biden has not promised me anything. .., Why the hell would I vote for him?
I dunno. Maybe because he not a pathological liar. Because he’s not a convicted felon. Because he’s not a sexual predator. Because he’s a decent human being.

I understand your criticism's of Trump.
I might even understand that you could argue that Biden is less of a villain than Trump.
But when you state Biden is a decent human being, as stated above, or that Biden and his team are sharp, stated by others, I don't see any of that. Those statements reduce the credibility of anything else you imply.
Biden is not descent or ethical, by my standards. He is a confirmed Liar on many fronts, he has achieved wealth living off the backs of taxpayers, and not very bright IMO for a President. Although this may be a recent trend, I view Clinton and Obama as far more intelligent and strategic.
I hope Biden steps down and we get someone other than Kamala, but that may not be plausible.
I will add and you may disagree, that Trump when elected should have had the full support of the US Federal government staff at his disposal to see what he could accomplish. That was clearly not the case. His ability to accomplish his promises was severely hampered from Day 1.
If Trump is elected, to avoid this happening again, he will need to fire a significant amount of Federal employees. He can't assume that they would be neutral and carry out his orders. He was unprepared to do this the first time around.
