I have only glanced at it at present to see if I want to look further.

It is horribly illiquid.
The price has gone nowhere for well over 20 years.
The dividend (a positive change starting last year) is tiny but increasing (this year v last).
Based on the names of the directors a family grouping (quite possibly the founding famiy) has a significant stake (the CEO in particular). Three of the four executive directors have the same surname.

The new dividend might suggest some interest in rewarding outside shareholders. Otherwise it seems a candidate for a delisting of which there have been many in London in the last year or so. These do not go well for outside shareholders.

I will not be looking further but I wish you well with it.
