Catastrophe PC is usually limited to hurricane (wind) or earthquake. I don't think these large wildfires are covered in super-cat reinsurance. Usually just regular PC.

Plus the cat reinsurance premiums have moved up a lot. 1.5X the 2017 trough rate according to this article.
