Now that Andy Bashear has failed to get proof of life from Mitch’s team, and now that the deadline has passed for him to get the wheels rolling that would lead to a replacement....
I expect something like the following announcement to be made by Mitch’s Republican handlers in the next week or two......
“After a long and courageous fight for life, Senator Mitch McConnell has succumbed to his ling-standing cardiac problems. He died at 1:00 am on August 10th. His wish was to be cremated immediately upon his death, and those wishes have been carried out, as has his desire that his ashes be scattered in the wooded areas that surround the Makers Mark distillery in Loretto.”
