Today, for instance, Fox leads with a story about 2 'mothers being sued by a high school librarian for defamation after they attacked her at a school board hearing, calling the librarian "child predator" and "accused her of "luring children with pornography."

The defense attorneys statement: "Parents should have the right to have a voice in whether their children should be exposed to sexualized content in the books chosen by public school employees....This lawsuit inhibits open and robust debate on the issues as we as a nation must face on the appropriateness of content to which our children are exposed."

It's alarming how tactic right-wing extremists increasingly go after the employees of things to which they object.
Book:librarian. Abortion:doctors/clinic employees. Masks mandate:director of public health. Vaccine mandate: kidnap governor. Etc.

If I were this librarian, I'd be watching my six...which is exactly what the karen-moms want.
