Dope1: Fortunately we have a phrase for that: Drill, baby! Drill!

The U.S. rig count has fallen to its lowest level in nearly four years, 539 on July 3, lower than the number of rigs operating on October 15, 2021, which was 543. And with crude oil at $65/barrel, oil producers ain't interested in drilling unprofitable wells.
