The company "has turned the corner on growth, and we think that will drive the stock from here," analyst Elyse Greenspan wrote in a note'

In addition, Greenspan pointed out that Progressive (PGR) has experienced a significant pickup in its personal auto policy growth over the past couple of months, "as they look to take advantage of shopping as competitors are taking price/re-pricing their books of business."

Very likely Geico is one of the competitors raising prices and losing market share to Progressive.
