So in the regular equity world we have Berkshire Hathaway as a shining example of 'good management, ethical, shareholder-aligned, good foresight, smart bets, good risk management'.

I'm interested in gathering examples of great management in the REIT world, anywhere in the world.

I'm also interested in gathering counterexamples: relentless equity issuing, charging high fees to chase fads, poorly managed debt.
