Jim mentioned LAND (UK) and BLND (UK) as interesting opportunities earlier this year.

LAND was roughly 530p last month and is currently around 630p. A gain of roughly 19%.

Similarly, BLND was around 320p last month and is currently around 380p. Also a gain of roughly 19%.

Both are approaching the high points of valuation from the summer.

Perhaps it might be time to consider shrinking positions a little?

It has been a rather enthusiastic rally on not much news.

Remember that the UK will have its budget in late November. In 2022, a proposed UK budget triggered a shock increase in bond yields around October 2022 which caused a sudden drop in the UK stockmarket. There was also a drop in UK REIT prices around October 2023.
