Mitt Romney is certainly entitled to his personal opinion, but that's all it is, his personal opinion.
Refusal to voluntarily release tax returns by a presidential candidate is in no way "disqualifying." Simply because there is no, and never was, any legal requirement to do so.
And as proven by the fact that Trump did not release his tax returns, yet, of all the law suits filed to try to keep Trump off the ballot in various states, citing various theories of law, not one of those lawsuits argued that Trump should be disqualified for not releasing his tax returns.
