I think Friedman is being surpassingly naive with that statement....Here's the rule in the democrat party:

Who gets to certify the disability? It doesn't really say.

The most practical problem the dems face are the delegates, who are *all* Biden's people. He would have to personally ask them to release their votes and they would have to go along with it.
The main obstacle will be Edith Wil- er, Jill Biden. Will she give up the power she holds now?
