Does anyone here know how exactly Trump is accomplishing the transfer of wealth from the US Treasury?

Taking a trip to your golf resort, requiring a large Secret Service contingent to secure the entire course, then charging that large contingent of Secret Service agents full rack rate for staying in your resort hotel.

Awarding contracts to your cronies, who then give you a kickback by buying worthless stuff from your business as part of that contract.

On the crypto thing, you've got the mechanism wrong. Get the Treasury to buy a bunch of your crypto, which raises the price so that you can sell your crypto at top dollar. Then have the Treasury sell your crypto (because the price is crashing) and re-buy your own crypto at a lower price.

That's just the easy stuff I can think of quickly. One of which he already did in his previous administration, and will certainly continue in this one.
