May I assume you are a populist based on your name and ignorance?

Flying the flag upside down is not only not a sign of disrespect, it is actually codified into law:

United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 § 8(a):
"The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property."

Thank you for illustrating so completely just why elitism is right and populism will take us straight to hell.
