Yet lose he did. And Biden very well may lose. Because a lot of voters support the policies and positions of the Republican party. For them, electing even the very worst Republican nominee brings the country much much closer to what they think is good policy than would electing even the very best Democratic nominee.

I BECAME VERY CONVINCED THAT THE REAL DIVIDE IN AMERICA WAS NOT ACTUALLY BETWEEN RIGHT AND LEFT BUT BETWEEN AN OVER CREDENTIALED , MULTIPLE DEGREES, COLLEGE EDUCATED ELITE, AND THE VAT AMERICAN MIDDLE AND WORKING-CLASS. I SAW POLL AFTER POLL THAT SHOWED THAT AMERICANS WERE MORE UNITED THAN DENIED IT, AND I WOULD TURN ON MY TV AND SEE THE DIVISION, THAT DID NOT REFLECT WHERE THE AVERAGE AMERICAN WAS CUTE I WANTED TO UNDERSTAND THIS PHENOMENON, I WANTED TO UNDERSTAND WHO IS THE AMERICAN WORKING CLASS, AND DO THEY STILL HAVE A FAIR SHOT A
