Bannon is trying to 'trump' the court, postponing the case for as long as possible, hoping for a right-wing whistle that can keep his fat ass out of jail.

Bannon is charged with defrauding donors to We Build the Wall.

Trump pardoned him for Fed charges, but couldn't pardon the blatant fraud from state charges.
