That last rule "ratio(GeoMom,PHLRank) top 5" is a bit puzzling. My long-ago physics professor told us "always look at the units in the math to get the real-world meaning of your numbers".
GeoMom is a combination of the returns for the last 1, 3, 6, and 12 months.
So this is the ratio of price momentum to the PHL ranking. That seems ... odd.
Happily, when you Run Screener it shows all the fields in the calculations.

The last ranking is by high GeoMom and low PHLRank.
For the #2 stock to move up to #1, it must have TWICE the GeoMom of the #1 stock.
For the #3 stock to move up to #1, it must have TRIPLE the GeoMom of the #1 stock.
This is highly, highly unlikely.
The net outcome of this screen is almost completely the PHLRank.
Which is why the statistics are almost identical to the PHL-52 screen.
Darn, I really want to find some kind of overlap screen.
