fraud bond was provided by California-based company Knight Insurance. The chair of that company is Don Hankey, who presides over an auto-services empire.

appears a hard-nosed used car salesman...finally a selfmade don ! [~$7B]
if no MAGA deal here, hankey requires 30% return in his 'normal' biz empire. (Forbes bio)
