Yes, and Red and purple states need to be sure to move more voting sites to heavily read areas, and away from blue areas,especially poor areas. I remember in CA there were some drop boxes spotted in places that weren't drop box sites. One I remember was outside a conservative church, and a picture showed it wasn't a government drop box - looked official, but wasn't. There was a little squabble over that, but the ballots got counted.
