I expect a major shift in the 2026 election, as people become disillusioned.

That's what I thought, too. But so far, the shift is not occurring and it looks likely the Republican/Trumplican Party will retain both houses. Of course there is still plenty of time for Trump's chaos to come home to roost and for people to wake up to the threat that he is to our country.

We'll see.
