I'm not up on all the nuances, but I did see that Labour spanked the Conservatives. A strong rejection after years of the Conservatives destroying the NHS, "austerity" cuts, Brexit, and other really bad decisions.

And at least one poster here tried to say it was because of liberal policies [snort!].

France also appeared to reject the far-right wing, after it appeared they were possibly going to win this year.

So we're next. Hopefully we can reject the loony (capricious, vicious, authoritarian) right, but I am not optimistic.

Your homeland is looking pretty good now, isn't it. Maybe dust off that passport? I keep harassing 1poorkid to get a job in England so she can sponsor us over. But she got a job with a major US insurance company instead. :-(
