Fair point. I get why the CP (Colombian President as I forgot his name) why the CP would be upset and say that.That's it. Four out of the five transnational gangs listed in Wikipedia were founded in the USA. I know there are more, Russian, etc., not listed, but we also have more transnational gangs not listed.
