Clicking on Author name could take to the posts by the Author.

You alias 'shrewdedbydesign' is great! :) I guess you are referring to the Authors name in the top 10 / top 50 lists. I want to keep those pages super-focussed on viewing the posts, which is why they are not linked there. The author's name is already url linked when (1) viewing a post - author shown above post and you can click on them, and (2) when viewing 'Follows Shrews' as in this context the user is more mentally wanting to get to the author. I didn't want it linked in the top 10 / 50 lists. De-clutter / hardcore focus reasons. Thirdly (3) you can always type an author name *from anywhere and any time* using the 'Author' search at the bottom of each page. If you type just the letters 'shrew', for example your brief profile and last publications will come up. If there is only one obvious match, it goes directly to the user without the intermedia nearest match selection list.
