Are there other REITS and real estate companies that you like? I used to follow a number of them, including US and European REITS and the big Hong Kong real estate companies, but I'm out of touch now. I just noticed that VNO, for example, is down 48% from its high and yields 10%. BXP is down 49% from its high and yields 5.8%. I realize that many people want to work from their homes in the suburbs now, not from New York city office buildings, but I think some of these real estate companies deserve a look, as do some companies serving other parts of the real estate industry, such as builders, financing companies, etc. Any favorites?
