Warsh might change inflation measures the FED uses, but that has nothing to do with TIPS or CPI. Warsh has no direct control over CPI calculations. CPI is calculated and maintained entirely by the Department of Labor. TIPS are contracted to use CPI, and Warsh can't change that.
