Since 2004, US Supreme Court justices have received about $5 million in gifts. Justice Clarence Thomas accounted for nearly all of it: about $4.7 million of the $5 million.
According to the data compiled by Fix the Court, since 2004, Thomas has accepted $4,042,286, or 193 gifts. The group reported that, for Thomas, there’s an additional 126 “likely but not confirmed gifts.”
Of the nearly 200 gifts, the group said Thomas only reported 27 of the gifts on his financial disclosures.Imagine for a minute if RGB had taken nearly $5 million in gifts and had reported a little more than ten percent of them. Republicans literally would never stop talking about it.
Thomas said he was unable to understand a clear and simple instruction on a disclosure form.

He should be impeached. He falsified his disclosure forms, plus he's take lavish gifts (regardless of disclosure). As you said, all the other justices combined only accounted for less than 10% of what he's taking.

Yep. Huter Biden is likely going to jail because he falsified a federal form. His form was simply for purchasing a gun as a drug user. There are probably at least a hundred thousand people in America who have done drugs and purchased a firearm. Thomas falsified a form that was meant to insure the impartiality and fairness of the nation's highest court.
Thomas's infraction was way worse, but there is no law against it because apparently some people are above the law.

And to find out, at 73, that we would have to have the cooperation of the opposite party to do anything to Thomas is disappointing and tragic.

It takes 67 votes in the Senate to impeach a member of the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts has no way to discipline Thomas or Alito, short of appealing to a sense of shame.
