Once you tag someone as a "terrorist", seems the Bill of Rights goes away. Remember how Jose Padilla, a US citizen, arrested in the US, was tossed in prison, for years, without any legal due process, entirely on an unchallenged regime claim of being a "terrorist"? Remember the Bush junta issuing legal opinions that torture inflicting pain equal to "organ failure" was acceptable?
