By adding 10,000,000 H1B visa workers in America - today. Now. They'll be English proficient, they'll be here legally. Surely if we are fine with 10,000,000 illegals - the SAME people advocating for that would love 10,000,000 more I.T workers, Engineers, etc right?

Either way, the cultural exchange initiated by Texas and Florida, is a small step - but a very wonderful tactic.
