OK, so why haven't they told Bully Arrogant America "get out of here. We got this. You don't wanna help? Fine. Don't"

Because they would be crazy to do that if they could get the largest arms dealer on the planet to supply them with 'stuff', even obsolete stuff (by our standards, not by most countries' standards). Every bit helps.

Also, I was addressing your claim that Europe wasn't doing anything. Your response was a logical fallacy that didn't address the facts I provided.
