First off nice to see Trump cut education funding there:

Meanwhile, the (L&Ses) in the Michigan House have put forward an education budget that does away with 128 different program grants, and gives school systems one block grant, to use as they wish. So, for instance, if a school system wants to do away with mental heath and free school meals programs, and put the money into football instead, it's shiny.
