I have been trying to renew my subscription to SI Professional and earlier this week sent an email to AAII asking to be put on auto renewal using my saved credit card. I get no response. I have left phone messages and get no response. I remember that several days ago the data for SI Pro had not been updated for about two weeks but then it was updated.
At the end of May and June I attempted to gain the MD5 code to reveal stock names from some screens and while it worked after a few days past May 30, I have had no luck with June 30. Have others had experiences like mine?

I am a viewer not a contributor and have been since Keelix and appreciate the insight and knowledge displayed in the posts on this site and previously on Motley Fool. I have worked on learning how to use GTR1.

I hope someone has some insight about AAII and SI Pro.

The end-of-month password hasn't been working for me, and so I've been using the end-of-week password. Sometimes an older week will work.

Trying to buy something from AAII is frustrating, with dead links and missing navigation buttons (can't get there from here). Maybe try My Account / Manage Subscriptions, or try the link https://www.aaii.com/myaccount/reneworders

I'm using the end of March MD5, it ends in 4C92C and works for me.
My habit is to use what works, and when Robbie updates it and it stops working, I have to figure out which most-recent file has the right MD5.

I normally only download the end of week data.
I just tried the 7/18 download hash code ending in 24D, It worked.
I seldom have to contact AAII but I haven't had any issues when I did.
