The Download button is not there?

Nope. Not for me.

But as noted, it depends on whether you're on the new or classic site. I believe it defaults to new these days, so the link doesn't work. But if you then go to the home page of Yahoo finance, look for almost the last link at bottom right, you can switch to the classic site. Click on that, then use your link again, and the download button is back. For now, anyway.
