Remember? In Trump's first term he sent ICE around to various communities and rounded up undocumented workers.

Not really, but this is a common practice no matter who is president.

The little tourist town I live in depends on many low wage workers for the restaurants, hotels and other tourist-related businesses.

There are plenty of legal citizens who are willing to work at low paying jobs such as students, moms wanting some extra money in their pocket, low educated workers learning the trade working their way up the ladder and so on.
