I'm all for getting the Liberals who for so long have owned DC, NY, CA and the key levers of America.

And the mortgage thing----- i used to say on this board *so many* people fudge on mortage and other credit applications. I'm not saying that makes it right but it's basically KNOWN - even to the lender that it is going on. I shared a detailed story on TMF when back in the day a mid size regional bank was doing a 7 figure business real estate loan for me, and indirectly told me that the "certified" appraisal would be high enough to where i only needed 5% down versus 15% others were quoting me in those days. And the banks KNOW people are jacking up net worth on pape---- yet they went after Trump for that ----so hey, good ---let them also be busted for it.

I still continue to have more negative feeling about what's going on than positive - and this is from a guy that wanted tariffs on TMF when fellow Conservatives woudl do the "i'm a real Conservative i'm a free trader" stuff. But some of the trends, some of the outright dumbness ....i find it very concerning and i continue to believe that when ACA bills go up on people , our side will be BEGGING....to save ObamaCare before election time. How cute is that.

Right now, barring a war or "terrorism" or 3rd party effort - i'm calling 2028 for Dems. If Club 401K and the cabal of White Extremist Progressives are told to be quiet....and the right candidate comes along - we're toast. IF the party unites behind an AOC......i still feel she or another Progressive can perhaps beat us in 2028 based on trends i see now.

On top of that, i worry if we're not ceding future industry, discoveries, prowess, and profits to other countries.
