Sweet? Did you read the ruling? Sounds like the District Court Judge punted this to the Colorado Supreme Court on a technicality (and the Colorado Supreme Court could reverse that technical exemption).

Worrisome for Trump:

"Consequently, the Court finds that Petitioners have established that Trump engaged in an insurrection on January 6, 2021 through incitement, and that the First Amendment does not protect Trump’s speech.

Also:

"The Court concludes that Trump acted with the specific intent to disrupt the Electoral College certification of President Biden’s electoral victory through unlawful means."

Enjoy your momentary victory keeping a rapist who acted "through unlawful means" and "engaged in an insurrection on January 6" temporarily on the ballot.
