You are aware that Marine Le Pen is just short of being a NAZI, right? She's a xenophobe (rejecting, among other things, multiculturalism because -obviously- French culture is best), isolationist, anti-muslim, and supports partially breaking away from NATO (specifically, removing French forces from NATO's umbrella, though not completely cutting ties). She also was pro-Russia, though I'm not sure now since she also advocates helping Ukrainian refugees.

About the only thing she gets right in this modern world is some of her positions on banking (which, interestingly enough, mirror those of Elizabeth Warren).

Oh...and she is scheduled to go on trial for fraud (misuse of funds) later this year.

It is very worrying, the trend towards far-right nationalism. That breeds isolationism (unrealistic in today's highly-interconnected world), xenophobia, and makes ripe the attacking of democracy by folks like Putin or Xi due to the fracturing of the global societal fabric. I'm not saying we're headed for another Holocaust, but it is climates like these that make that sort of thing possible.
