What, recovering drug addicts are supposed spend the rest of their lives in self-flagellation or hidden from view in shame?

I don't pretend to know what's needed for Hunter Biden to continue on his path of addiction recovery or what triggered his drug abuse in the first place but I do know that he's been nothing but headaches politically for Joe Biden for much of his adult life and the president still loves and stands by his son regardless of the political fallout. There was a day, pre-Trump, when republicans would have applauded such "pro-family" behavior. But the cult's gotta' cult.

Do you not have someone in your immediate or extended family -- or a friend -- who has suffered with drug addiction or alcoholism? Recovery is a lifelong process. If anything, I wish the president would talk more about his son's drug addiction and recovery because that's certainly something he has in common with hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of Americans.

Think about that for a moment. Rudy Giuliani had the laptop and hard drive in his possession. If there had been anything useful on it, he would have been shouting it over a megaphone at Four Seasons Landscaping. The FBI and CIA were headed by the people that Trump appointed. Trump had years to investigate and prosecute Hunter.

Think, just think.

The Trump Justice Department couldn't find anything there. And we went over this already in another thread. Mykola Zlochevsky, the co-founder of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, denied ever having contacts with Joe Biden while he was vice president or receiving assistance from his staff while Hunter served on the board.

Zlochevsky wrote (in all caps): 'No one from Burisma ever had any contacts with VP Biden or people working for him during Hunter Biden's engagement." When asked whether Biden or his staff assisted Burisma in any way with business deals or meetings, he wrote, 'NO.'

Jeez, a couple of whistleblowers turned out to be on Kash Patel's payroll.
