I recently read that Herbert Hoover communicated at the highest grade level, while Trump is near the lowest (around 4th grade level).
This is reality. The population is not going to change, so the messaging is what has to change. I don't think the Dems lose any votes, but perhaps can gain some if they change the game a little here.
