Wait till I have your European Masters seriously UP their defense spending.

I'll have them get the money by going further into debt, AND taking money from their colleges, pensions, and health systems.

Even you know - this is what will have to happen :)

And a bit of constitution tinkering in some of their countries like Germany in order to do this :)

I've only started to shift them.
