Oh? So what did you say? That we'd been trying to locate and kill Bin Lade for years? So according to you there's a special We've Been Trying To Locate And Kill This Guy For Years clause.

No there isn't.

Or...the President is the commander-in-chief, and has a window to conduct foreign policy via active military events at his/her discretion.

A Hawaii Obama judge will be along to declare a nationwide injunction shortly, don't worry.
