That's subjective. It is a reasonable -but otherwise ineffectual- response to imposing tariffs -or threatening same-. We're not going to be very popular for the next four years (at the minimum). Bullies never are. Better get used to it. - 1pg

I will settle for respect over popularity. Especially if their superficial popularity is purchased with trade deficits that continue off into infinity.
