Surely, a baby doesn't have to fall out of a mother lying on the bare ground and hit bare U.S. soil to count! 😊 (Oh, noes! I hope I didn't give a certain orange toddler any bright ideas!)

I checked the net sifter. Although the airline is Jamaican, when it is in US airspace, it is deemed to be under US law.

Of course, the regime's primary interest is if the baby is white.
