In my B-school days, we would call building a "peace" negotiating team with people who, stridently, do NOT want "peace" with Iran, would be called "setting it up to fail".
Yet, the Wall Street crowd cheers every time Trump the Conqueror, says peace is at hand, in spite of Trump stacking the deck to ensure negotiations would *not* be in good faith, and *not* willing to compromise on anything substantive.
