I'm not saying I approve of all the tactics.

BUT, overall, I gotta give them an attaboy. Hamas's leaders, and the bravery of its soldiers have advanced the cause of Palestine for sure. (Howard Dean called them soldiers, I'm just using his words)

It's also curious how - in a world of changes......some sentiments seem to be not only so widely held, so diversely held, and held thru what seems like much of human history when so much other stuff ebbs and flows.


Anyhow, congratulations Hamas.


(It's ok to praise a military or a country, while not endorsing all their tactics. Here in America we praise someone who put Japanese people in cages so spare your sanctimony)


Finally, thanks for inspiring young people on the American Left. They are truer to themselves now, and less afraid to speak out against, well, stuff.
