The week's question
In December 2024, in the thread "Re: BRK: Why Not XOM?", BreckHutHigh asked the members: "What about the long road trips with kids?" This week it is put to everyone again. The button below opens the small thread re-asking it - read what others have said so far, then give your own answer as an ordinary reply.

Mad King Donald warned yesterday that Harvard refuses to identify the foreigners who are attending the university, up to 31% of the student body. He said he assumes -- Harvard being Harvard -- that the university is intentionally allowing the worst individuals from around the world to attend and he wants a list of those students by name.

But here's the thing: the executive branch is responsible for issuing student visas to attend Harvard (or, for that matter, any other school), and vetting those students for possible national security concerns is part of that process.

Which means: either 1.) Mad King Donald is too stupid to realize the government has vetted every foreign student attending Harvard and already knows their exact threat level, or 2.), Mad King Donald thinks you're too stupid to know all individuals here on student visas are thoroughly vetted before being allowed to travel here and attend our universities and you don't realize he's just dealing you one of his 'fear' cards and playing you for a sucker and moron.

So who's stupider: you or Mad King Donald.

Ties are possible, I suppose.
