We now know that an Islamic Jihad rocket aimed at Israel misfired and hit the hospital in Gaza.

...with yet more embedded examples of media outlets rushing to judgement. In the link (which some of you won't click but I'll describe it anyway) we see CNN, The WSJ, the LA Times, the AP, and more.

Here's an IDF spokesman describing the BBC's coverage:
