Okay, let's look:

1. going after the grift

Trump will pardon himself and his family.

2. they may find ways to turn Jan 6 Civil so the tolling is less finicky

Meh. That won't have any national political weight.

Trump's business will be so embedded into foreign dealings

Erm, okay. Before you go down this path you're going to need to square anything you say with the Clinton Foundation and their antics.
